Malus Red Sentinel Crabapple

Malus, the Red Sentinel Crabapple, is a small tree ± 6 metres tall that develops a round crown; as the tree ages the branches begin to droop slightly. The leaf buds out in bronze and later turns green with a light red leaf stem. The flowers of Malus Red Sentinel Crabapple are pink when budding and white when in bloom. The red fruits are ± 3 cm and can stay on the tree until January. Malus, the Red Sentinel Crabapple, is suitable for parks, public gardens and gardens, and is also a nice tree for a greenbelt.
